Hi, I’m Justine! A yoga teacher, Ayurvedic lifestyle educator and writer. I’ve been teaching yoga for over 12 years, guiding people back into their bodies with practices that are steady, intuitive, and rooted in lived experience.
My work weaves together yoga, Ayurveda, and nervous system awareness to support sustainable regulation that can actually be lived. I care deeply about slowing down, learning to listen and building trust with the body over time. Through movement, breathing practices and words, I offer practices that help you land where your feet are, and meet life with mores steadiness and self-trust.
